EXCITING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AT FBBC!

We are excited to announce plans to add a new Early Childhood Education Program! Once established, students could enroll in a two-year associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or earn an endorsement with the four-year Elementary Education degree. The four-year degree, combined with this endorsement, would provide the credentials to teach and care for children from birth to sixth grade.

We seek your help to find a like-minded, mission-fit person to serve as program director.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, preferably with a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. If you know of someone who is highly experienced and competent without a Master’s degree, FBBC is willing to talk to them about paying their tuition expenses to pursue one.

Some of the responsibilities of the program director would include:

• Developing the Early Childhood Education Program
• Constructing and teaching courses
• Advising students
