The Family Leader has been working with hundreds of pastors across Iowa to develop a ministering relationship with our elected officials through prayer, words of encouragement, and speaking biblical truth to various public policy issues.

Each year, they designate days to certain groups.  This year, the GARBC is assigned January 30 and March 13.  The schedule will be as follows:

9:00 a.m. – Prayer/Update from THE FAMiLY LEADER staff.  This year we will be meeting at Calvary Chapel, 606 E. 9th Street where there is plenty of free parking on the north side of the building.  It is easy to find if you are coming in on Grand Avenue which is the street on the north side of the Capitol.  There is a stop light at the intersection of Grand Avenue and E. 9th Street.  Calvary Chapel is located just a block north of that intersection.
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. THE FAMiLY LEADER staff will help you to connect with your legislator and others.
