Northridge Baptist Church in Des Moines is pursuing revitalization with assistance from Baptist Church Planters and Ankeny Baptist Church. Dr. Dean Taylor, a member of Maranatha Baptist Church in Grimes, began serving as Intentional Interim Pastor in March. The Intentional Interim’s responsibilities include preaching, leadership, and collaborating with BCP and Ankeny Baptist in developing the church toward benchmarks of growth in preparation for calling a pastor. Please pray that:

• The people of Northridge will grow in their internal culture of evangelism, personal connections that lead to God-focused conversations, and love for the community resulting in gospel influence
• Mature believers will be providentially directed to the church to fill key roles
• The church will grow
• The leadership will be guided by wisdom from above as they make decisions and formulate plans
